President William Ruto has bestowed honors upon several Kenyans across different categories in the awards of orders, decorations, and medals. The prestigious Elder of the Order of the Golden Heart of Kenya (E.G.H.) has been conferred upon Cabinet Secretaries, Members of Parliament, Governors, and Athletes, recognizing their distinguished and outstanding services to the nation in various capacities.

During the award ceremony, President Ruto stated, "In recognition of distinguished and outstanding services rendered to the nation in various capacities and responsibilities, I confer awards and honors to the following persons."

The Elder of the Order of the Golden Heart of Kenya is given to individuals who have shown exceptional dedication and excellence in their contributions to the nation.

These awards are granted by the president based on the recommendations of the National Honors and Awards Committee in the president's office. The recipients include:
